Amy Rothenberg, ND

Dr. Rothenberg has practiced as a licensed naturopathic physician since 1986 with an emphasis on treating families. She loves to support families in preventive health and the natural medicine treatment of acute and chronic ailments. Offering support, parenting advice and family problems solving skills is often part of that work.
Her book, The A Cappella Singer Who Lost Her Voice & Other Stories from Natural Medicine tells the story of naturopathic medicine through patient accounts. Her book You Finished
Treatment, Now What? A Field Guide for Cancer Survivors is due out in 2022. She is a frequent contributor to the Huffington Post, Thrive Global, Medium and Elephant Journal and is often interviewed by the press.

Dr. Rothenberg served on the Board of Health in Amherst, Massachusetts for six years and also spearheaded the successful licensure of NDs in Massachusetts. She is the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians 2017 Physician of the year and current President of the Massachusetts Society of Naturopathic Doctors.

When not busy in the world of natural medicine, Dr. Rothenberg can be found spending time with family and friends, on the ballroom dance floor, puttering around the art table or playing her guitar. If asked, she would say her greatest contribution in life is the three beautiful, sensitive, creative people she has raised.
