Set-up Hours
- Thursday, Nov. 5 from 8:00 to 9:00 p.m.
- Friday, Nov. 6 from 7:00 to 9:00 a.m.
- Exhibitor hall is just outside the main conference ballroom

- 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. (Lunch)
- 3:30 p.m. – 4:15 p.m.
- 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Mocktail and Mingle Reception
- Saturday, Nov. 7
- 10:30 a.m. – 11:15 a.m.
- 12:15 p.m. – 1:15 p.m. (Lunch and vendor break)
- 2:15 p.m. – 2:45 p.m.
- Please remain set up until 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
- This is a table-top exhibitor show, you will be provided with a 6′ table and 2 chairs. Please do not bring large pop-up booths. Everything must fit in your 6′ space.
- Table location at the discretion of NHAND.
- Your registration includes continental breakfast and lunch.
Raffle
- Attendees are playing a scavenger hunt to get all exhibitor initials to be entered into a raffle to win an iPad mini.
- Please let us know if you have a raffle item to add to the scavenger hunt or if you’re conducting a separate raffle at your table. We will announce all winners at the end of the conference.
